Spanish Villa for Rent

Situated in the Punta Prima area of the Orihuela Costa, 7km outside of Torrevieja, this is a 3 bedroom semi detached villa on a quiet urbanisation with 2 communal pools, is air conditioned (hot and cold) and has a fantastic roof terrace if you prefer a bit of private sun bathing. For those who like the sand and sea, there is a small secluded beach just 10 minutes walk away (Punta Prima) with two other beaches just a little further away at Playa Flamenca.

There are plenty of local ameneties including a supermarket (approx 100 mtrs away), bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, bank, etc, all within walking distance. You can enjoy a drink by the sea at the shoreside Nautilus bar at the Punta Prima coast (straight down from the Punta Prima roundabout). There is an Indian restaurant and two Chinese restaurants at close to the Punta Prima roundabout. Or walk a little further, up to the Flamenca Beach commercial centre, to find many more bars and restaurants including Thai, English and Italian. For those who enjoy a round of golf in the sun, there are three golf courses within 10 minutes drive - check the location maps to see just how close they are: Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin.

For a great family day out you can visit the Terramitica theme park, on the outskirts of Benedorm just an hour's drive to the North.

The Torrevieja area is easily accessible, being just 29 Miles south of Alicante Airport and 15 Miles North of Murcia Airport (roughly!) on the Costa Blanca. Check out www.skyscanner.net for cheap flights.
